The white wines are aged in two stages at the estate. First, they spend 12 months in barrels, then the wines are racked and finally transferred to vats where the wine is aged for an additional 6 months.
The palate is well balanced with a sappy opening, good depth, a slightly waxy in texture and that crucial acidic line keeping everything on an even keel.

The palate is clean and fresh with a killer line of acidity, vibrant and poised, and with more density than the 2014 Referts with superb salinity towards the finish. |
