75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec.
The 2018 Clos Rene is deep garnet-purple in colour with a nose of baked blueberries and plums with balsamic and crushed rocks. The palate is medium to full-bodied, firm, and chewy with loads of earth laced black fruit preserves on offer and good length.
